Philip G. Pizzuto is a trial attorney with over 20 years of experience in all aspects of civil litigation, concentrating in employment, toxic tort, personal injuries and governmental claims. He has extensive litigation and trial experience in both state and federal courts. Mr. Pizzuto is among the most experienced attorneys in toxic-tort matters, having been a lead member of the New York City Law Department’s Lead Paint Unit for several years. Mr. Pizzuto was also one of the first attorneys assigned to handle a matter stemming from the 9/11 World Trade Center Attack and tried some of New York’s largest and most catastrophic cases, including a recent employment discrimination case where plaintiff attained one of the highest verdicts in employment law for damages from emotional stress. Gabriele Burner Shakeri is a skilled litigator with over twenty years of experience as a civil litigator. Gabriele provides extraordinary client services in the areas of personal injury, employment, contract and other disputes in Suffolk and Nassau Counties and New York City’s five boroughs. She works closely with her clients to develop legal strategies which advance their cases while balancing costs and time. Mario M. Marchini is an experienced New York attorney representing injured workers in all aspects of workers’ compensation litigation.  Mr. Marchini started his career in workers’ compensation with the U.S. Department of Labor OWCP and then as an Assistant Corporation Counsel with the New York City Law Department. From there he continued in worker’s compensation and managed an appeal and litigation unit with a large defense firm in New York. Mr. Marchini then served as a managing attorney for a national insurance carrier and as Vice President of claims litigation.  Mr. Marchini was most recently a partner in a national defense firm where he managed a team of associates in the firm’s workers compensation division.  After nearly 25 years of experience and exceptional service in the workers’ compensation field, Mr. Marchini continues his practice representing exclusively injured workers.
